Terms & Conditions of Service

These terms and conditions govern the offer and booking of the photo experiences provided by La Dolce Vita Fiat 500 (the "Provider"). By sending a booking request, the user declares that they have read and accepted them.
1. Subject of the service
The Provider offers private photo experiences aboard a vintage Fiat 500 ("Celestina") along the Amalfi Coast, organised into five themed sets. Photos and videos are taken with mobile devices (iPhone) and delivered in digital format.
2. Booking and confirmation
Requests can be sent via the website form, email, phone or WhatsApp. A request does not constitute a booking: a booking is confirmed only after the Provider's explicit written confirmation, which is usually sent within 24 hours together with availability and details.
3. Duration, participants and conduct
Each session lasts approximately 2 hours and is limited to a maximum of 2 people.
The car is driven exclusively by the Provider; participants are not permitted to drive the vehicle.
The meeting point is agreed in advance (hotel, villa or preferred location along the Coast).
Up to two sets may be combined in the same session, subject to availability.
4. Prices and payment
Prices and payment methods are not predetermined: they are agreed on a case-by-case basis with the client and communicated upon booking confirmation, based on the chosen set, the duration and any requested customisations.
5. Photos and videos
Images are delivered in high resolution within 48 hours of the session, via WeTransfer.
Images are provided to the client for personal use.
The Provider may use a selection of images for promotional purposes (website, social media) only with the client's consent, which may be refused or withdrawn at any time.
6. Cancellation policy
100% refund for cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time.
No refund for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience.
In the event of bad weather or force majeure preventing the experience from taking place safely, it may be rescheduled to an agreed date.
7. Accessibility and pets
Due to the original structure of the vintage car and its compact space, the vehicle is not wheelchair accessible. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of officially certified service animals.
8. Liability
The vehicle holds the motor third-party liability insurance (RC auto) required by law for circulation. Participants take part in the experience at their own responsibility and undertake to behave correctly and safely, following the Provider's instructions. The Provider is not liable for damage to property or persons resulting from improper use of the vehicle, negligent behaviour or failure to follow the instructions provided.
9. Consumer right of withdrawal
As these are leisure-related services to be provided on a specific date or period, pursuant to Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) the right of withdrawal may not apply. The cancellation policy in Section 6 remains valid.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. In dealings with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. In all other cases, the Court of Salerno shall have jurisdiction.
