Privacy & Cookie Policy

La Dolce Vita Fiat 500 · In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable cookie legislation · Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains how the personal data of users who visit the website and who contact La Dolce Vita Fiat 500 to request information or book an experience is processed, and which cookies and tracking technologies are used.

1. Data Controller

Domenico Imperati — La Dolce Vita Fiat 500

Via Petingolo n. 5, 84010 Conca dei Marini (SA), Italy

Email: ladolcevitafiat500@gmail.com · Phone: +39 348 421 4878

VAT no.: IT06131740653

2. Types of data collected

Data provided voluntarily — When you contact us through the website form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we collect the data you provide: first name, last name, email address, phone number, desired date, chosen photo set, any promo code, and any additional information included in your message.

Data collected automatically — While browsing, certain technical and third-party services (for example fonts, the map and, subject to consent, analytics tools such as Google Analytics) may collect data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited. See Section 6 (Cookies) for details.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

Responding to enquiries and managing bookings — performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Tax and accounting obligations in the event of a booking — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Browsing statistics via Google Analytics, to improve the website — consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), collected through the cookie banner.

Sending promotional communications, where applicable — free and revocable consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Use of photographs for promotional purposes (website, social media) — the client's specific consent, which may be refused or withdrawn at any time.

4. Methods of processing

The website form does not store data in a database: when submitted, it opens the user's email client and sends the message to the Controller's email address. The data is then stored in the Controller's mailbox (Google's Gmail service) and, where applicable, in the tools used to manage bookings. Processing is carried out by electronic means, applying security measures adequate to prevent unauthorised access.

5. Retention period

Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or booking. In the event of a booking, data of fiscal relevance is retained for the period required by law (generally 10 years). Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until such consent is withdrawn.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

6.1 What cookies are — Cookies are small text files that websites save on the user's device to store information. There are technical cookies (necessary for operation), analytics cookies, and profiling cookies (for advertising purposes). In addition to cookies, some services may collect technical data such as the IP address.

On first access, a banner is shown allowing you to accept or reject non-necessary cookies. Analytics cookies are activated only after the user's consent. The website does not use advertising pixels or profiling cookies for marketing purposes.

6.2 Technical cookies (necessary) — These ensure the correct functioning and security of the website, including remembering the user's cookie choice. They do not require consent.

6.3 Analytics cookies (subject to consent) — We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland/LLC) to collect aggregated statistics on website usage (pages visited, visit duration, device type), solely to improve the site. These cookies are installed only after consent is given via the banner; consent can be withdrawn at any time by deleting cookies from the browser.

6.4 Third-party services

Wix.com Ltd. — website hosting platform; may set technical and functional cookies necessary to deliver the service.

Google Fonts (Google Ireland/LLC) — loads the website's typefaces; may record the IP address. Does not set advertising cookies.

OpenStreetMap — map on the Contact page; may set technical cookies when the map loads.

Links to Instagram and WhatsApp — these are simple links: any cookies are set only if the user visits those services.

6.5 How to manage or disable cookies — You can manage, restrict or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings (Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge). Disabling technical cookies may impair some website functionality.

7. Recipients of the data

Data may be communicated to parties acting as processors or independent controllers, including:

Wix.com Ltd. — website hosting and management platform;

Google Ireland/LLC — email (Gmail), fonts (Google Fonts) and statistics (Google Analytics, subject to consent) services;

OpenStreetMap Foundation — map on the Contact page;

Consultants and professionals (e.g. accountant) for legal compliance.

Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Transfer of data outside the EU

Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data in countries outside the European Union. In such cases, the transfer takes place in compliance with the GDPR, on the basis of appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

9. Rights of the data subject

As a data subject, you may exercise at any time the rights provided under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them, write to ladolcevitafiat500@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

10. Data relating to minors

The service is intended for an adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data of minors without the consent of the person holding parental responsibility.

11. Changes to this policy

The Controller reserves the right to update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on the website, with its last-updated date.
